How to Return

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. All approved returns are issued as store credit only, valid for 1 year.

Return Steps

Step 1
Go to your order confirmation email and click View Your Order.

Step 2
Click Request a Return.

Step 3
Select the item(s) you’d like to return. We would appreciate you sharing the reason for your return so we can continue improving.

Step 4
Submit your request.

Step 5

International Orders:
You will receive a DHL return label by email. Simply arrange a pickup directly with DHL or drop off your parcel at a DHL location.

Local Orders:
Our team will arrange pickup for your return.

Step 6
Once your items are received, they will be inspected. If approved, your return amount will be issued as store credit.

Important Notes

• We do not arrange direct exchanges. Once store credit is issued, you may place a new order for any item, size, or style you’d like.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition.
