If, for any reason, you’d like to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!


Local (Kuwait) Orders:

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn/unused items within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within this 5-day window.

We do not offer cash refunds; instead, returns will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

We appreciate it if you let us know the reason for the return or exchange, so we can continue to improve your experience.


International Orders:

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn/unused items within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only, including the initial shipping fee. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer. Store credit will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition.

We also appreciate knowing the reason for your return or exchange.
